Position Summary: This is a key business development role responsible for driving significant revenue growth and providing account management to a strong base of customers to maintain and expand the company’s position as a leader in clinical trial support services How will you make an impact? We are looking for an experienced individual with combined background of sales manager and go-get hunter role who is familiar with the pharmaceutical outsourcing industry ( Specifically Clinical Research -CDMO and Clinical Trial Supply and Comparator Sourcing ). This individual will seek to provide effective coaching and performance management for CTD sales team and at same time uncover and generate new business opportunities for PSG CDMO services within the assigned territory. The Sales Leader will work with multiple different stakeholders within PSG organization and local TFS India team to enable our customers to make the world a Healthier Cleaner and Safer place.
