As a highly experienced sales leader with a strong track record of leading and closing complex profitable sales – using existing and building new relationships, you’ll thrive at Ciena. In this role, you’ll lead the India Sales team and have cross functional responsibility to set, drive and execute your sales strategy. This is a high impact & strategic role that will be highly visible and will be responsible to drive sustainable growth across the India market.
How You Will Contribute:
You will play a key leadership role; setting strategy; building and leading a high performance team; influencing and collaborating across the entire Ciena organization including technical (PLM & R&D), Supply chain, finance, marketing, commercial, partner management and portfolio teams to put Ciena in the best position to succeed in the India market long term. Critical areas of focus will be to set the vison, align the team and driving to high results.
Leading with passion, energy, compassion and resilience, owning the customer engagement at ‘C’ level down, ensuring full alignment.
