Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
- Handles employee engagement activities for the sales force.
- Analyses performance and aids in improvement of performance through HR interventions.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects.
- Ensures HR Compliance and Grievance Management.
- Builds a strong business relationship with the field.
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
- Drives recruitment for assigned business channels within the prescribed timelines.
- Provide MIS on different aspects.
- Employee life cycle management for the sales population.
- Timely addresses disciplinary and behavioural issues as per matrix.
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
