Job Description
The Sales Head will be responsible for acquiring candidates for the company\'s mentor certification program and engaging mentors to drive business growth. This individual will play a critical role in driving the company\'s success through the development and implementation of effective sales and product strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and product management and a proven track record of success in driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth for the Mentor Certification Division.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of team leaders and inside sales specialists.
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
- Lead and motivate a team leaders and team members to drive growth and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
- Work independently under minimal direction with a strong work ethic Skills:- Product Management, Product Strategy and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business leadership roles in education industries.
- Strong track record in B2C sales and experience with web products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Must Have Handled team size of 5-10 Inside Sales Professionals
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven business decisions.
Work Location : Remote
