Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mechanical , Electrical or related engineering discipline required OR MBA from reputed institute is preffered.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of B2C business experience preferred from elevator, escalator, Lift or Car parking system manufacturing industries.

Job Brief:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company\xe2\x80\x99s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth .

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales & Marketing of Car Parking systems, elevator, escalator etc
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Personal skills:
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
Energetic, Smart, Active and interactive enough with sufficient knowledge of the market
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
