.Achieves Room Revenue, Banquet & Outlet budget Revpar, Spa and other revenue budgets to be achieved. .EBITDA margins to be in line with the hotel revenue. .Assists the Sales Manager in providing specific portfolio related inputs. .Assist the Sales Manager in preparing the sales plan on a quarterly basis. .Sales executive is responsible for effective coverage of all the companies in the portfolio inorder to increase the productivity of the hotel. .Functions as a team member of the hotel\'s Sales Department and is responsible for property reactive and proactive account sales and segment sales, local and social catering sales, business travel sales, reservation sales and destination sales. .Responsible for achieving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. .Participates in meetings with the entire team to ensure effective & syncronized approach for achieving the targets. .Works with the Sales Manager in understanding the customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations. .Ensure strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness. .Ensures to manage internal key stakeholder relationships. .Reviews audit findings - Safety/Hygiene and TPAM (Taj Positive Assurance Model) and takes corrective measures to ensure full compliance. .Prepares the internal audit checklists as per the IHCL Safety Guidelines (applicable to senior role). .Adheres to all departmental legal compliances
