Sales Director Roles and Responsibilities:

Your specific duties will be based on your experience as Sales Director. In this role, you will lead sales in an assigned geographical area for identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and closing new logo sales. You will drive a proactive campaign to build our sales pipeline, allow the sales pipeline to use your knowledge of WonderBotz offerings, and assist our sales executives in negotiating and closing opportunities. You will report directly to the global head of India and help implement new initiatives and strategies to drive WonderBotz\'s growth revenue.

Expected Activities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company\'s vision for RPA and AI center
  • Identify, qualify, nurture, and close new logo sales and opportunities leveraging current and recent sales and marketing channels
  • Create client-centric proposal responses aligned to the win themes and value proposition developed for the opportunity (RFI/PQQ/RFP/ITT/RFQ, etc)
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and team targets.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative sales culture encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes, maintaining high standards and ensuring strategic objectives translate into actionable plans.
  • Proactive in prospects through networking, cold calling, and other effective means to generate leads and interest from potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients.
  • Built the WonderBotz brand as well as managed partner brands as individuals.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must have experience as a Director of Sales or similar leadership role in the technology sector, preferably a strong technical understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions and RPA technologies (UiPath, Blueprism, AA, etc.)

  • Must have solid knowledge of developing proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Must have the ability to engage the client at both C-suite and operational levels, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to structure and facilitate workshops
  • Should have excellent team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have exposure to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company\'s footprint in the RPA market.
