- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.Our Client is a blockchain-based credentialing platform, enabling organisations to securely issue, track and verify digital credentials and digital badges.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails- Understand customer needs and requirements- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals- Perform effective online demos to prospectsIdeal CandidateSkills Required:- You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Inside Sales, Marketing Communications or Sales (B2C) within Professional Services, Financial Services and Telecommunications industry.- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.- Experience within Employer Branding, would be a strong advantage.- Experience within Consumer would be a strong advantage.- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- Proven inside sales experience- Track record of over-achieving quota- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (ref:updazz.com)
