By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. #Immediate Joiner# # SAAS, B2B Experience# Location: Kashmere Gate Responsibilities Identify and target sales lead Set and exceed sales quotas Build and maintain relationships with clients Prospect clients and understand their needs Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media Source new sales opportunities through LinkedIn leads, follow-up Identify customer\'s buying trends and provide reports to management Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) and understanding of sales process Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Keen attention to detail
