With our expertise in almost all IT services, eCommerce, and digital marketing services, aws/cloud services, Web development, and designing services offering intelligent & creative solutions to any organization, entity, or person doing or planning to do business online. https://www.lightfiresolutions.com We are hiring for the profile of Sales Associate/Customer Service Specialist - U.S. Shift Responsibilities and Duties +Follow Up warm leads through telecom (They don\'t need to generate a fresh lead). +Manage customers/Account management. +Identifying the needs of the customers. +Developing quotes & proposals. +Develop sales goals & meet the requirements. +Negotiate & finalized sales with the customers. +Should be responsible to report on time to the respective manager. +Meet the goals. +Should be Updated with new cutting-edge technology. Qualifications and Skills Must have excellent communication skills.

• Must have excellent communication skills. Should be graduated with a minimum of 1+ years of work experience with American Clients (mandatory)

.Must be from the US process and with sound knowledge of the US Market

• Must have good computer knowledge.
• Must have good computer knowledge. Should have good convincing skills.
• Should be comfortable with night shifts. (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM)
