We are looking for Customer Service / Sales Executive as urgent basis which have at least 5 years' experience in B2B sales.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with at least 5 years' experience in B2B sales
• Existing network for corporate sales preferable
• Can create new sales channels with ease
• Proficient in Verbal and Written English
• MBA in sales and marketing would be a plus

• Our starting sales profile salary structure -fixed monthly - 30,000 INR (in hand)
• Variable salary on profit per sale: -up to 1 lakh profit - 20 % (e.g. - 20k on 1 lakh profit per sale)
• 1-3 lakhs profit - 15 % (e.g. - 20k on first lakh + 30k on next two lakhs on total 3 lakhs profit per sale)
• 3 lakhs profit - 10 % (e.g. - 50k lakhs on first 3 lakhs plus 10% on x amount profit above 3 lakhs)
• There is no upper cap on sales or profit. Based on our past order volumes, on a monthly basis, the total salary which is fixed 35 k plus additional variable can easily cross 1-2 lakh per month.
• As stated earlier this model is exclusively for our first foundational sales person who will be laying the groundwork and hence be fruitfully rewarded.
• After hiring for the founding sales member, all future sales executives working under him/her would be rewarded with fixed compensations only.
• This model would be subject to 2 years of working with company post which we can extend or negotiate the same model.
