:- Dealer and distributor appointment with proper planning- Follow up Overdue payments of credit dealers directly or through concerned sales person.- Plan & execute Marketing activities as approved by Head office.- Drive business planning for the area by cascading monthly sales targets for the area to Sales Executives and Sales Officers while defining road-map for target achievement - Drive adequate training of sales teams to meet the requirements of the role and be able to handle market dynamics- Keeping a close vigil on Competitor\'s Activities- Any other work essential as per current Business needSkills & Experience:- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress- Should be a result-oriented, proactive, good communication skills.- Develop and implement new sales initiative, strategies and programs to capture key demographics- Goal oriented at an individual and team level- Management and leadership skills- MBA Preferred (ref:updazz.com)
