Position Title: - Sales Co-ordinatorPosition Type : PermanentLocation : Vashi, Navi Mumbai :We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Enterprise Sales Team. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team. A successful Sales Coodinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.Ideal candidate :- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in IT Software Industry would be ideal.- Experience in Salesforce or any CRM Tool.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Responsibilities :- Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.- Executing Purchase Orders and Software allocation in Salesforce.- Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.- Ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition.- Co-ordinating with Finance Team for financial and revenue reporting.- Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.- Responsible for Tendor Documentation and should provide support to Sales Team for Tendor Completion.
