Ltd. (eTravelMitra) is your guide. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing B2B and Corporate Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, generating new business, and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x9d\x96 Be the primary point of contact for all travel agents and corporate clients, providing both pre- and post-sales support. \xe2\x9d\x96 Drive revenue generation through new client acquisition and relationship management with existing clients. \xe2\x9d\x96 Build and manage a team of sales representatives, focusing on conversion and new agent/corporate acquisition. \xe2\x9d\x96 Provide exceptional service to new and existing travel agents and corporate clients. \xe2\x9d\x96 Conduct training sessions for travel agents and administrative staff. \xe2\x9d\x96 Maintain strong relationships with existing travel agents and corporate clients. \xe2\x9d\x96 Generate leads and close deals through cold calling, email marketing, and face-to-face meetings. \xe2\x9d\x96 Manage client credit limits and ensure timely invoice payments. Qualifications \xe2\x9d\x96 6-7 years of experience in travel sales. \xe2\x9d\x96 Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). \xe2\x9d\x96 Proven ability to sell and achieve targets. \xe2\x9d\x96 Cold calling experience is a must; inside sales experience preferred. \xe2\x9d\x96 Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to present effective solutions. \xe2\x9d\x96 Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x9d\x96 Ability to thrive in a competitive environment. \xe2\x9d\x96 Prior B2B sales experience in the travel industry is a plus. \xe2\x9d\x96 Experience selling to travel agents and corporate clients is preferred. \xe2\x9d\x96 Understanding of the local market. \xe2\x9d\x96 Self-motivated and target oriented.
