This role will apply the Opportunity to Order (O2O) understanding with specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex and varied tasks. The role will typically operate under supervision, however will perform his/her tasks independently in the areas of quote creation, proposal generation, order packet validation, process and tools, global policies, pricing agreements, sales forecasting and tracking as well as Partners. This role within the team typically operates little supervision, performs the tasks independently in the areas of opportunity management, project administration, process and tools, global policies, pricing agreements, services forecasting and tracking. Area of responsibility - INDIA & ASEAN In your new role, you will support the global DI PA SW Operations Team in the successful execution of orders. Your responsibilities will include: Elaboration of service offers (Statements of Work) and price information in cooperation with Sales and Delivery Service Elaboration of project costing and project calculation in cooperation with Business Administration Maintenance of contract documents Processing of incoming orders in our Professional Service Automation system Creation of projects in our Professional Service Automation system Coordinating and initiating approval & signature workflows Processing customer orders: supporting the entire project process from the creation of the service contracts, through support of the project managers during the delivery phase, to project completion Triggering billing and revenue recognition of the projects Maintenance of project master data, verification, and quality control Cross-departmental coordination and communication with Sales, Sales Support, Business Administration, Finance, Legal, Services, etc. Preparation of project-relevant reports for project managers, business administration, management Manage/Control Project Financials Support in the standardization and harmonization of internal processes Other administrative tasks Quote/Proposal/Order Throughput. Government tender submission, and follow-up. MES ( AMC) contract renewal for customer & offer submission. Support the Account Teams in the selling process through quoting (direct sales) and proposal creation. O2O Workflows. Supports and monitors the entire O2O process from submission, workflow, approval (ensure approval justifications are captured, clean orders are checked off) to CAA acceptance with final delivery, billing and revenue recognition Assists sales teams to ensure requirements for order submission are fulfilled (e.g. payer and credit limit set up, EES requirements, ECC / Damex requirements etc.) Skills University degree level standard or relevant extended industrial relevant experience Strong Microsoft Office Applications Skills Are Required SAP and/or SFDC Financial Force knowledge is a plus 2-4 years experience in an E2E (opportunity to delivery) services projects process is a plus Experience achieved in a Multi-National company environment is a plus Complex analysis of policy, workflows, process and system tools and transactions to facilitate timely and accurate transactions that comply with prevailing policy and process guidelines Reporting; training/knowledge transfer to internal/external; process improvement engagement as an active participant Very good communication skills in German and English are a prerequisite Ability to work independently and self-conscientiously must be given Knowledge and or experience in the field of project management / process management are required Target-oriented and exact working style High degree of independence, commitment, willingness to succeed and professionalism Working at Siemens Software - Why us Working at Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home and the office at other times is the norm here.
