  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with great convincing gestures.
  • Analyze business processes and provide solutions
  • Gather customer requirements and conduct a gap analysis.
  • Provide onsite training and support when required.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target and improving the market share.
  • Executing business strategy and concepts.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Ability to handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and taking care of expectations of the clients
  • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.
Required Candidate profile
  • Strong communication skills are accompanied by excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers on call.
  • Hindi and English Communication Skills are mandatory apart from the above language.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and discretion is required.
  • Be familiar and should have a working knowledge of excel, word.
  • Min 1 Year of experience in sales-related activities
