Job Description


We are looking for a high-performing senior Sales Marketing Executive, with extensive experience in selling educational sales services and to lead the sales team as senior Head. The successful candidate will lead the sales function at Inspiria Knowledge Campus, responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve our client acquisition. Duties include hitting admission targets, building relationships, understanding the Market, and promoting brands. Requirements 5-8 years of experience in Sales Leadership and business development roles. Working experience in Educational Services would be an advantage We prefer people with good networking skills, and connections, or worked in top-tier companies. Experience in handling Students, parents, and clients. Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager. Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Meeting or exceeding annual sales requirements within assigned territory and accounts Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our reach. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Effectively communicate through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific trends
