Position: Sales & Marketing Head Experience: 10+ years of experience Eligibility Criteria: Male Candidates only * Should be able to travel/handle AP and Telangana Job Responsibilities: Develop high-quality business strategies and plans Lead with an example and motivate subordinates Train a high performing managerial team Oversee all operations and business activities Make high-quality investing decisions Review financial and non-financial reports Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits Mentor and interact with staff members at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all staff members. Setting and executing the organization's strategy Allocating capital, and building and overseeing the executive team Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration More than 10 years of corporate managerial experience Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts Proven experience in managerial position Excellent communication and public speaking skills Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
