We are urgently hiring Customer Relationship Associates for our dermatology and cosmetology clinics . The candidate will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The candidate should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization and will be responsible to conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Responsibilities:
  • Managing daily activities
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements: Patience, and a \xe2\x80\x9cpeople-first\xe2\x80\x9d attitude Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Capable of maintaining strong relationship Strong organisational and interpersonal skill Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months Salary: 912,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Beauty Advisor: 1 year (Preferred)
