JOB PURPOSE
Manage Regional Sales of HPP products, grow the region, and meet KPI?s (metrics). Co work with CS, marketing /BDM's/ Segment leaders, other Regional AM's, TDE, BM's /PM's & GAPT. Identify & develop new applications, leveraging teams - build strong pipeline with Short & longer strategies for the region. Also engage with Stakeholders / functions like SCM, Finance, Legal, etc. based on need basis.
Job Responsibilities

  • Manage OEM's / ODM's / Direct customers / Distributors / - Controllership.
  • Account management - Visits, Visit Reports, sampling, Negotiations, Price (GPP), Periodic Price review, Global contracts, Order Fulfillment.
  • Sales Plan/forecast, order planning /Demand planning /S&OP, Inventory management, met AFG targets
  • Financials of Customer, Credit approval, Payment collections -post sales, manage past dues (Zero- overdue).
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing / new customer in the region (Build Pipeline for future Business).
  • Strategic growth Plan for the region, Distributor, OEM / tier / direct customers.
  • Periodic Market intelligence, Competitors activity, Price vol. share etc.
  • Follow Process and guidelines laid down by organization, Enhance skills & periodic learning as per SLW.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor?s degree or its equivalent in mechanical or polymer/plastics engineering. Diploma / post Graduate Diploma in Plastics / Processing from Reputed institute. MBA - Marketing / Sales Post graduate diploma will have advantage.
  • Total 5 -15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • 4+ years? experience in Plastics / Polymers Sales/ marketing
  • 2+ years? experience in Handling distributors / channel partners could be added advantage.
  • Good understanding of polymer materials including ETPs & specialties sales, its applications to support and drive application development. Strong understanding of OEM/ Tier relations, ability To Sell Value, articulate value propositions. Hunter mind set, Street smart, consistently exploring opportunities & working strategically. Strong negotiation skills, ability to forge effective working relationship internally & externally.
  • Sufficient interpersonal communication ability. Value focused , Selling Skills , Build and strengthen relationship , Collaborate plans & align with all stake holders , strong result oriented & systematic approach on account management.
