The Opportunity Adobe's Digital Advertising, Learning & Publishing Business Unit (DALP) is scouting for finest & passionate sales, business development professionals for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager (ESAM) role. The ESAM is responsible to generate quarterly bookings/revenue for Adobe's DALP Business Unit. This is a hybrid role & the position will be based out of Adobe's Noida offices. The ESAM role at Adobe involves working directly with end customers on positioning Adobe's Application Development Platform, ColdFusion in the EMEA region. The individual will work independently to drive quarterly/annual bookings from a designated set of Enterprise Named Accounts (Existing & New) along with assigned territory and has the ownership of closing business from start to end. This includes generating new business and building long term relationships with existing accounts. The ESAM will achieve this through solution selling capabilities and direct interaction with customers. What you'll Do . An Adobe ESAM will drive new bookings/revenue within designated Enterprise accounts. . Use a consultative sales approach to identify new opportunities within the existing customer base. . Accountable for achieving the quarterly/annual booking's quota for the assigned set of accounts & must ensure that they consistently achieve/over achieve their quota. . Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify customers' business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver exceptional value proposition/sales solution strategy. . Develop customer acuity to understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and the competitive landscape. Review public information (e.g., new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the customers. . Collaborate with support organizations including Product Marketing, Partners, and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory. . Ensuring daily/week updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis using Salesforce CRM. . Participate in weekly/bi-weekly forecast review meetings with all the partners to review the progress towards revenue and growth goals. . Use Strategic Value Assessments, benchmarking, and Return on Investment data to support decision process. What you need to succeed . The candidates should have exceptional verbal, written & presentation skills. . Must have at least 7+ years of consistent experience in Sales/Inside/Sales/Solution Selling/Account management/Business development in a closing/quota bearing role. . An ideal candidate should be PASSIONATE about sales as a profession & a believer in the ideology of delivering exceptional services to customers. . Should have a natural flair for conversations & enjoy talking to customers about Adobe solutions. The person should love the idea of connecting with multiple customers/accounts in a day/week. . Track record of demonstrating sales excellence. . Understand Adobe's competition and effectively position solutions to differentiate Adobe and secure the business. . MBA's preferred, however, Graduates with relevant work experience (7+) can also apply
