About the Company The company is a MNC providing Tech and telecommunication solution in the Air Travel Industry. Key clients are Airports, Airlines and Borders Management Authority. About the role Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will responsible the sales for India and lead our sales efforts in the field of Software Solutions and Telecommunication Solutions, with a focus on the Air Travel Industry encompassing Airlines, Airports, and Border Control. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful penetration of our products and services within the designated sector. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Software Solutions and Telecommunication Solutions within the aviation sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide guidance and support to team members, setting clear targets and objectives. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Airlines, Airports, and Border Control. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to address their challenges. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and business decisions. Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive the achievement of revenue and sales targets, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the executive team. Suitable Candidates: Proven track record of success in sales leadership, particularly in selling Software Solutions and Telecommunication Solutions to the aviation sector. Strong understanding of the Airlines, Airports, and Border Control industries. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
