Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum 5 years experience in IT Hiring. This is for an onsite RPO with one of our large client on Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. We need only Immediate Joiners Responsibility:- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers for tech roles, publishing postings on job boards, staffing firms Reviewing resumes and screening candidates Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Key Requirements 5-10 years of proven experience talent acquisition role. Core recruitment experience is a must Strongunderstandingoffull-cyclerecruitmentprocessesandemployerbrandingtechniques Working knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean/X-Ray Search, research in
