Position Summary - 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in technology consulting and programming.

• Previous experience with Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) implementation projects is preferred
• Expertise in any of the following RPA tools preferred: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Certification would be an added advantage
• Strong problem solving, business analysis, and business process improvement experience.
• Ability to understand the requirements & implement the solution
• Ability to document artefacts through the project lifecycle
• Proven ability to learn and apply technical skills and tools
• Ability to work with minimal guidance in at least one of the following languages/concepts VB, .Net, Python, HTML, Java, statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

- Experience supporting pre- and post-implementation change management is a plus.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

Qualifications

• 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business and technology consulting including enterprise solution architecture and design as well as full-lifecycle implementation.
• Previous experience with Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) implementation projects.
• Expertise in any of the following RPA tools preferred: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and support sales opportunities.
• Strong problem solving and business analysis experience including development of business case / value propositions.
• Strong functional and business process improvement, design / engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build and expand executive relationships.
• Ability to present and communicate at executive level.
• Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff).
• Experience participating and leading projects using agile project management methods and tools.
• Proven ability to learn and apply technical skills and tools such as VB; .Net; Python; Java; statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Huron requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
