JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and train new housemen's to hotel standards and regulations, all housemen duties and customer service skills.
• Reset the room for the next day functions and/or meetings.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality when working with VIP guests.
• General upkeep of a large 4-star hotel are carried out by a small group of housemen.
• Serve large functions on daily basis, and reset the room for next day functions, and/or meetings
• Operate mechanical floor cleaners and use other environmental services equipment ensue that the cleanliness of the facility exceed patient expectation.
• Close coordination and communication with other internal departments.
• Maintain relationship and communication with other staff to ensure cohesion
• Provide assistance with ADL's including changing, showering, ect.
