CITIZENCREDIT Centre, CTS No. 236, Marve Road, Orlem, Malad West, Mumbai 400064 Risk Professional Candidates should be:
- not over 48 years of age Qualification:
Essential:
Post Graduate Degree in Statistics / Finance / Risk Management
CAIIB
Desirable:
- IIBF certification in Risk / Compliance and Treasury & Risk Management
Responsibilities include:
- Building on and establishing an integrated risk management system capable of identifying, measuring and
monitoring all types of risks on an ongoing basis

• Formulating / updating of Risk Based Internal Audit Policy and ensuring Compliance
• Developing the organizational risk appetite and build a framework in line with strategy to define and

monitor risk limits at the aggregate and the granular levels.

• Devising policies of the Department and reviewing policies / operational procedures of other departments

of the Bank from a risk perspective.

• Preparing & circulating updated regulatory circulars / notifications /guidelines to respective departments

and the Board.

• Actual monitoring and mitigation of risks
• Vetting responses from Departments of the Bank prior to submission to the Regulators/ Law Enforcement

Agencies.

• Disseminating regulatory guidelines, to instruct departments for adherence to action-oriented timelines.
• Corresponding with regulatory and other authorities e.g. RBI, SEBI, ED, SFIO, GOI, FIU, CBI and others,

and to be updated for dissemination to the relevant departments of the bank.

• Reviewing and evaluating risk elements in credit proposals
• Preparing monthly dashboard / reports for Departments and to the MD & CEO highlighting the high-risk

areas
Experience:

• Five years in Risk Department in a supervisory capacity
• Ten years for senior position
