About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced supplier risk manager to oversee the risks associated with our global supply chain. We are looking for a person to provide quality analysis on Iron Mountain suppliers, determine risks in the supply chain and manage programs to mitigate these risks. This will require working in partnership with Iron Mountain’s Privacy & Compliance Team Third Party Risk Management Team, Supplier Category Managers, and the Vendor Data Management Team. You may conduct deep dive analysis or audits. In this role you will help define strategic policy and streamline procedures. The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for investigating fraud and corruption and can make difficult decisions quickly. In addition to making the right decisions, the candidate will need to be able to use data and evidence to inform Iron Mountain leadership. Ideal Candidate Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business supply chain, economics, or pre-law)
• 4-5 years experience in supplier risk management, incident management, program management
• 1-2 years experience as supply chain risk analyst

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical or investigative background; comfortable with analysis and providing unique insights
• Proactive oriented for problem solving
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Supplier Tool
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Experience using risk based software tools
• Excellent written and speaking communication skills
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically
• Basic SRM knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management, including with senior leadership
• Capable to project manage on certain SRM/Compliance projects
• Proven high level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with legal/regulatory environments
• Experience in investigating fraud, corruption, and compliance
• Master's or graduate degree (preferably in business or legal related field)
• 5-6 years experience in risk management, investigative or law related field
• Strong Proficiency in Google Applications and other analytical tools
