Job Description

Management Information (MI) team is responsible in building a comprehensive and maintaining all necessary MI (KRIs & KPIs) for Reference Data Group. You will be turning data into actionable and insightful information for our partners which is a key priority. You will provide support to data driven projects and drive automation of reports. You will make use of our advanced tools and platforms to present data as information. This team assists the production teams in managing audit/regulatory examinations, SOX and other operational risk related processes and associated follow-up actions. This team also collaborates with the Global Risk Oversight functions, internal and external audit teams as Reference Data functions trusted, key risk and metrics advisor.

In addition to the points mentioned above, your day-in-a-life in this role will include:

• Contribute to the analysis and development of existing or new performance indicators and work closely with business owners and control leads

• Lead, design and implement strategy

• Support the drafting and amendments of the relevant MI reports to ensure qualitative and accurate submission

• Create a risk & control culture that proactively considers downstream process impact & engagement

• Measure and better manage upstream data input and relationships

• Gain a good understanding of the usage of Ref Data services within the bank

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key Ref Data stakeholders.

Qualifications

You'll be a good match, if you have:

Outstanding analytical and technical skills, attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel / Macros / Tableau / Power BI

Proven knowledge of capital markets and understanding of Reference Data processes

Enthusiasm and good communication skills

Good organization skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work under pressure and can-do' attitude!
