Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. WeaAEURA(TM)re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

The role will be part of an assurance service offering, set up to create an assurance model and framework across TA:

aAEURA a, a, Deliver controls assurance for various hire types (Programmatic- Graduate, Intern and Apprentices, Executive- Directors and Managing Directors), in line with the approved TA Assurance Plan. Provide theme or risk-based assurance services, for Professional Hiring (VP and below)
aAEURA a, a, Support assurance activity during first, second or third line of defence audits and reviews. Primary responsibilities include tracking remedial actions on behalf of Talent Acquisition, and preparing evidence records for issue validation, where required
aAEURA a, a, Maintaining assurance working papers and documentation on the relevant system of record

What will you be doing?

Assurance
aAEURA a, a, Perform allocated assurance activity to ensure all hiring complies with BarclayaAEURA(TM)s global Talent Acquisition policies and procedures and the execution of remediation activities are completed in accordance with BarclayaAEURA(TM)s values and mindset. a,
aAEURA a, a, Conduct quality assurance checks and thematic reviews in line with relevant methodology and standards
aAEURA a, a, Provide data backed input for Assurance findings, insights, and trendsa,
aAEURA a, a, Identify opportunities for automated testing or data analysis-based reporting, wherever possible

Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) input, Governance Projects and Remediation:a,
aAEURA a, a, Provide controls assurance input and evidence to support the Annual RCSA process
aAEURA a, a, Support relevant control teams within Talent Acquisition to review and monitor high risk areas as part of ongoing cycle of continuous improvementa,

Education and training:
aAEURA a, a, Assist in design of control focussed training to recruiters and other stakeholders
