Job Role & Responsibilities Role purpose: The Reward Lead manages delivery of reward expertise, solutions, and operational support, in line with business strategy, within the Rewards function. Responsible for the delivery of activities across a range of reward policies and processes, such as pay, bonus, shares, recognition, international mobility, budgeting, etc. Manages overall governance of HR Operations activities, including payroll and statutory compliance. Key Accountabilities: Responsible to implement key reward programs and processes, including Annual Reward Review cycles, Compensation Benchmarking, Fair Pay analysis, Share Plans administration, etc. Ensures compliance of rewards policies and programs to the local statutory framework as well as Vodafone group reward norms. Responsible for ongoing governance of HR Operations activities executed through HR Shared Services team, including - payroll administration, statutory compliances, AskHR. Designs and periodically publishes a dashboard to HR leadership w.r.t. utilization and effectiveness of key reward programs. Supports HRBPs and business as functional expert on the subject of Reward. Bring strong outside-in perspective to the organization in the area of Reward & Benefits. Work closely with Finance, Tax and Organization Effectiveness stakeholders for Reward excellence. Core competencies : Experience of Rewards Management for min 4-5 years for a scale of 5000+ headcount. Deep understanding of compensation structures (fixed / variable) and flexible models, understanding of taxation. Experience of designing/executing sales incentive models. String stakeholder management across hierarchies. Business partnering approach.
