Required : Retail Store Manager - Home Appliance Industry At Surat Location About the Company : Home Appliance Product- Must be Experience 4 to 6 years in Home Appliance Store Management (Preferably from - A ( Home Appliance Industry)Location : SuratSalary : 30K TO 55K+Key Responsibilities :Store Operations : Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized sales floor.Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.Sales and Revenue Growth : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed.Staff Management : Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
