MUST BE Experience 4 to 6 years in Home Appliance Store Management

Location - Surat

SALARY - 30K TO 55K+

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized sales floor.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and restocking to ensure adequate product availability. Minimize stock shrinkage and losses.
• Visual Merchandising: Create attractive product displays and layouts to maximize sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in retail store management, specifically in the home appliance industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Knowledge of home appliance products and industry trends.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
