About the team : The affordability team at Paytm is an Omni channel team that drives EMI business at offline as well as online payment touchpoints. Expectations : Program management, cross-functional coordination, and data analytics in collaboration with business analysts Ensure team deliverables are met on time and with high quality Anticipate challenges to proactively identify solutions and be the source of truth about the Product roadmap Responsible for leading the operations process for activating brand offers on Paytm EDC. Active coordination with brand managers and backend teams in Paytm to ensure the configuration of offers with maximum efficiency and accuracy Leading and streamlining the processes for onboarding of merchants for Retail channels & brands and taking initiatives to reduce customer and merchant grievances Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or related field with at least 7-8 yrs of exp. 5+ years of Program management/ operations management experience in a fast-paced internal company High degree of ownership in taking things to completion with minimal oversight Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements Prior experience in EMI industry is a plus Offer Configuration Lead Requirements : Responsible for leading the operations process for activating brand offers on Paytm EDC. Active coordination with brand managers and backend teams in Paytm to ensure configuration of offers with maximum efficiency and accuracy. Leading and streamlining the processes for onboarding of merchants & brands and taking initiatives to reduce customer and merchant grievances Creating QC module for offer creation Liaise with operations team for timely enablement of scheme Reconciliation and timely dispatch of invoices Resolve for scheme related issues coming from the ground team and merchants Skills required Min of 5 to 6 years of experience in operations/ program management in fintech space Experience in affordability/ fintech space is a plus Adept in analyzing and working on data files and ppts Why join us : We aim at bringing half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy, and everyone working here is striving to achieve that goal.
