Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking an experienced Program Lead to manage turnkey projects execution on our Education Industry Manufacturing Centre of Excellence. As the Program Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the execution of complex projects related to the development of our manufacturing centre of excellence, which includes developing new processes and technologies, identifying and implementing improvements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of turnkey projects related to our Education Industry Manufacturing Centre of Excellence.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, as well as develop and implement new technologies and processes to enhance the centre\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities.

Identify and manage risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as appropriate.

Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Monitor and report on project performance against established goals and objectives.

Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of projects and the overall progress of the Education Industry Manufacturing Centre of Excellence.

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in managing complex turnkey projects, preferably in the Education Industry Manufacturing Centre of Excellence.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
