The role is to run and maintain the employee listening strategy. As a part of this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the vendor partner to plan, organize, and successfully deliver on Employee Engagement, Exit and Onboarding surveys



As a program lead for the listening strategy, you will run and maintain the employee listening strategy. As a part of this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the vendor partner to plan, organize, and successfully deliver on Employee Engagement, Exit and Onboarding surveys. To be effective in this role, you will need strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with more senior colleagues and key vendor contacts.

Comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation are also critical to success in this position.

As a part of the people analytics and listening strategy team, you will learn to connect solutions across our Employee Experience portfolio - including employee insights (listening/surveys, assessments), strategy and change management, behavior change and communications etc.

As a program lead for the listening strategy, you will run and maintain the employee listening strategy. As a part of this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the vendor partner to plan, organize, and successfully deliver on Employee Engagement, Exit and Onboarding surveys.

You are responsible for
Creating and refining Listening Strategy in collaboration with the Head of People Analytics and Listening Strategy
Run and Maintain the Engagement, Onboarding and Exit Survey

You are a part of
Broader people analytics and listening strategy team and will be responsible for bringing insights through analytics to the people related decisions
