Retail Planner

:

As a Retail Planner, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and developing strategies to optimize inventory and maximize sales. Your expertise in retail analytics and planning will be crucial in driving our business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to forecast demand.

- Develop and maintain sales and inventory plans based on analysis and projections.

- Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to develop assortment plans and inventory strategies.

- Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

- Create and present reports, highlighting sales performance, trends, and forecasts.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment and allocation.

- Continuously evaluate and refine planning processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising, or related roles.

- Proficiency in retail analytics and planning software/tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
