Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and courteously. Ensure a memorable dining experience for patrons. Table Management: Organize and coordinate table reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimize restaurant capacity while maintaining customer satisfaction. Order Handling: Assist in taking orders from guests, ensure accuracy, and communicate the order details to the kitchen staff promptly. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food. Up-selling and Specials: Promote daily specials, recommend dishes and beverages, and encourage upselling to increase revenue while understanding and respecting guests\' preferences. Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages served meet the restaurant\'s quality standards. Address any guest complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues to their satisfaction. Cleanliness and Setup: Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, utensils, and other equipment.
