Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant. Ensuring the food quality and good service standard should be maintained at all the time. Taking care of Booking, Follow-up with concerned department, Outsourcing, Checking of all service area, Getting feedback from the guest, ensure proper closing of the restaurant and make a report for the records. Having co ordination with Production and operation, Making daily sales, purchase and Costing reports of foods , Special attention to marketing & sales promotion Ensures that all designated Daily , Weekly & Monthy reports are prepared and forwarded to concerned Heads / Departments from the unit after his approval. Ensuring all comments card should be collected and signed, all negative comments must be contacted with the respective Guest and what action has been taken should be noted at the back of the same cards. Ensure that restaurant rating is maintained above 4 star on all social media platforms . Overall in charge of the property, reporting to the General Manager. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
