We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant\'s operations. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, including achieving financial targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. You will also be responsible for managing staff, scheduling work shifts, and handling customer complaints or concerns. Additionally, you will be expected to identify any areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance the restaurant\'s performance. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the restaurant\'s operations Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including monitoring and managing food and labor costs Maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards Ensure all financial targets are met or exceeded Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance Recruit, train, and manage staff Schedule work shifts and manage employee time-off requests Handle customer complaints or concerns Implement and maintain health and safety procedures Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Develop and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant\'s performance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws Requirements Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role Proven customer service experience Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Good problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
