Job Description

> Relevant Experience in fine dining restaurant as Restaurant/Branch Manager for 3 to 5 years. > Revenue maximization and planning and executing planned activities to ensure targets are achieved. > Setting the standard of service team to ensure a warm and pleasant customer experience. > Handling customer grievances and making feedback calls. > Regular briefing for service team to discuss feedbacks and improvements. > Coordinating with kitchen in-charge and ensuring cost targets are met and wastage is minimized. > Implementing kitchen SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and ensuring compliance. > Regular briefing with kitchen team to discuss feedbacks and improvements. > In-charge of inventory \xe2\x80\x93 Verify and approve indents, monitor stock levels, consumption. > Monitoring daily sales and expenses > Maintaining petty cash and monitoring imprest cash. > In-charge of outlet level staffing, work schedule and duty allocation to ensure Operations are not affected. > Ensure all staff are well groomed and briefed about expectations. Monitor uniforms and upkeep of the same. > Conducting Orientation and Induction for new employees and complete Outlet level joining formalities. > Ensure strict compliance to HR policies and taking measures to check and penalize non-compliance.
