: Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-end, upscale restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and an unforgettable dining experience for guests. They lead a team of skilled professionals, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to maintain the restaurant\'s reputation for excellence and provide a welcoming environment. Guest Experience: Ensure that guests receive outstanding service and attention to detail throughout their dining experience.
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking to exceed their expectations. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise the restaurant\'s front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
Schedule shifts, manage staff rotations, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge on fine dining service techniques, menu items, and wine pairing.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to the budget.
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize profitability.
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in billing and payments. Quality Control: Uphold the restaurant\'s high standards for food presentation, service, and ambiance.
Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and service stations to maintain cleanliness and organization. Menu and Beverage Management: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update the fine dining menu, taking into account seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
Curate an exceptional wine list and coordinate wine training for staff to assist guests with wine selection. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Enforce restaurant policies to guarantee a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Event Planning: Coordinate private events, parties, and special occasions in the restaurant, providing personalized experiences for guests. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with regular customers, VIPs, and local businesses to enhance the restaurant\'s reputation and foster loyalty. Qualifications:
