Seating Arrangement: Manage the seating plan, ensuring efficient allocation of tables and timely seating of guests.
Reservations Handling: Receive and manage reservation requests, accommodating guests according to availability.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and special requests.
Waitlist Management: Maintain a waitlist during peak hours, communicating estimated wait times to guests.
Communication: Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover and minimize wait times.
Cleaning and Organization: Keep the hostess station and waiting area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Assistance: Assist with various tasks as needed to support restaurant operations.
