Job Title: Restaurant CRM Project Manager - Customer Benefits and Sales Growth: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant CRM Project Manager with experience in implementing CRM systems that offer customer benefits such as loyalties, promotional offers, marketing campaigns, and sales boosts. As the Restaurant CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration and utilization of a CRM platform tailored specifically for our restaurant. Your primary objective will be to leverage the CRM system to enhance customer loyalty, optimize promotions, drive marketing initiatives, and ultimately increase sales revenue. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a CRM system specifically designed for the restaurant industry, focusing on customer benefits and sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, IT, and customer service, to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Coordinate with CRM system vendors or development teams to ensure seamless integration and customization of the CRM platform for our restaurant\'s unique needs.
• Design and configure the CRM system to support royalty programs, personalized offers, targeted marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Establish effective customer segmentation strategies within the CRM system to deliver personalized experiences and maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns using the CRM platform\'s capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze CRM data to generate insights, track customer behavior, and identify opportunities for sales growth and customer retention.
• Develop and deliver training programs and user guides to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the CRM system by restaurant staff.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the CRM system, identifying areas for improvement, process optimization, and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to restaurant CRM systems and customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager, specifically in implementing CRM systems within the restaurant industry.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM principles and best practices, with hands-on experience configuring and customizing CRM systems.
• Familiarity with restaurant-focused CRM platforms such as SevenRooms, Upserve, Toast, or OpenTable.
• Strong understanding of customer benefits strategies, loyalty programs, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns within the restaurant context.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from CRM data to drive decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including restaurant staff and management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving business requirements in the restaurant industry.
• Certifications in project management or CRM implementation would be advantageous.
