Marketing and Promotion : Developing marketing strategies to attract customers, organizing promotional events, and managing social media presence. Customer Relations : Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing complaints or concerns, and seeking feedback for improvement. Compliance : Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and other legal requirements. Strategic Planning : Setting goals and objectives for the business, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to expand the brand\'s reach. Quality Control : Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste, and implementing quality control measures. These responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs and circumstances of the business. Vendor Management : Identifying and liaising with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients at competitive prices, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
