Skills & Roles:
1. Should possess a blend of interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
2. Should have the ability to envision short term and long terms goals for the team and organisation
3. Got to manage everyday operation activities such as Cost parameters, Client servicing, Payment Recovery, and Team Development
4. Be responsible to develop long term relationships with various stakeholders
5.Manage social media platforms which includes publishing various types of content and monitoring the pages.
6. Brainstorm and gather ideas from social media channels and help create new and engaging content formats.
7. Campaign based collaboration with social media influencers
8. Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution – Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) with the intent of showing the best results.
9. Collaborate with multiple projects across various teams to produce creative results for the client brand.
10. Maintain a liaison with clients to advise and conceptualize campaign strategies.
11. Extracting the Analytics/Reports from different channels to measure the received response from the targeted.
12. You must be up-to-date with trends across social media handles, with strong content creation strategies and the knack to make it go viral.
Responsibilities:
Create business plans and develop business strategies to achieve the business goals
Closely work with campaign managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
Create and maintain rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans
Oversee employees and give them constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
Suggest improvements in order to upgrade for company operations process
Requirements :
Education : Management Degree preferred.
Proven experience with business and strategy development processes
Experience : 2 to 3 years
Job Location: Goa (Remote working not available)– Openness to work in an ever on-the-go atmosphere of a startup
