Job Description
Hotel operations managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of running a hotel. They ensure that guests have a positive experience while staying at the property.
Hotel operations managers may also be tasked with 1. managing the day-to-day operations of their hotel\'s restaurant or other food service establishments. 2. Ensuring that th entire property is clean and well-stocked 3. making sure that staff are properly trained on safety procedures and customer service best practices. 4. Scheduling staff members\' work hours and coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping or security to ensure a smooth operation 5. ensuring guests satisfaction 6. Monitoring all departments of food & beverage- like kitchen,room service, banquets and restaurants
