Candidate Specification
Education: Bachelor's of Technology in Chemical
With good experience in managing Industrial/Chemical/ pharma sites
Candidates need to be well versed with Construction management processes,
Excellent communication skills and should be able to Generate Daily/weekly /monthly reports and manage all stakeholders.
Key Duties:
? Develop formats for the progress monitoring or review and improve the client's format as needed.
? Monitor the schedule for the project.
? Assist client in monitoring the project progress.
? Review and comment on the catch-up plans prepared by the contractors related to progress.
? Prepare and submit progress reports in accordance with agreed time/progress intervals.
? Coordinate Design Review meetings with Consultant's Head office coordinator and Client.
? Organize and participate in Monthly construction review meeting along with Client.
? Compile and report the cost budgets and actuals.
