We are seeking a Reservations Support to join our team at Moustache Escapes. As a Reservations Support, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel reservations and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

• Assist customers with their travel reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our resorts, accommodations, and services
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions
• Process payments, bookings, and cancellations
• Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure smooth reservation processes
• Maintain customer records and update reservation systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
