Job Title: Recruiter - Reservations Support Job Location: Dehradun Company: Reservations.support Job Type: Full-Time Reservations.support is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring top talent for our reservations support team. This individual will have a strong understanding of the customer service industry and be able to identify candidates who excel in providing exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions for open reservations support positions. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates. Review applications, resumes, and cover letters to shortlist potential candidates for the reservations support roles. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest in the positions. Coordinate and schedule in-person or video interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders. Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, customer service skills, and cultural fit for the organization. Present job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and finalize employment contracts. Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process, and provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team members. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the customer service or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
