- Handle requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms for ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Navi Mumbai & ibis Thane.
- Maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms.
- Help to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Deal with guests adeptly and maintain confidentiality of guest information and property data.
- Relevant diploma / degree in Hotel Management
- 3 to 4 years of Hotel Industry experience
- Knowledge of Opera Software
- Strong operational / technical knowledge.
- Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, proactive).
